1. The buyer has the right to return or exchange goods in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuaniawithin 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
2. Returns and exchanges are only accepted if the items have not been used, are clean, were not custom-made, and both the product, labels, and packaging remain undamaged.
3. The buyer must submit a request for a return or exchange in writing via email at info@labastudio.com.
4. A refund will be issued within 5 business days after the returned goods are received and confirmed by the seller.

7. Return requests are usually processed within 48 hours of receipt. However, during busy periods, processing times may be longer due to shipping delays.

The seller aims to hand over the ordered goods to the courier within 10 business days after payment confirmation.
The courier delivers the goods to the address specified by the buyer within Lithuania.
DPD services are used for deliveries within Lithuania.

For international shipping, we use Lithuanian Post. Delivery terms and conditions can be found on the Lithuanian Post website (www.post.lt).
